Abstract
|
|
|
For diagnosis of myopathy, identification of the muscular type, detection of storage product and structural change of the muscle tissue are of importance; enzyme histochemical, histochemical and electron microscopic method was applied on muscle specimen.
Four types of muscle fibers have been distinguished by histochemicaI method such as; type I type II A, II B, II C.
Here, We have tried some of the histochemical stains for muscle fibers, baced on the methods described in "MUSCLE STUDY; A MODERN APPROACH" written by Dubowltz and Brooke.
